Technical: training clothing
Base layers and training shorts from Dock Rats. Choose close-fitting tops with long or short sleeves and combine them with stretch shorts. Compare fabrics and product measurements before choosing your set.
The long-sleeve base layer uses 82% polyester and 18% elastane. The short-sleeve style uses 88% recycled polyester and 12% elastane. Both weigh 230 g/m². Heavy Lifting is a more relaxed alternative in 100% polyester mesh at 140 g/m². Technical Shorts use 91% recycled polyester and 9% spandex at 174 g/m².
Should I choose a base layer or training T-shirt?
Choose a base layer for a close fit with stretch. Heavy Lifting has a relaxed fit, raglan sleeves and a longer body. Each style has its own measurements; the letter size alone does not tell you how it fits.
