Heavy Lifting is a technical tee from Dock Rats, made for those days when the pace is high, the body is working, and a regular cotton T-shirt quickly becomes too heavy. It's lightweight, breathable, and built for movement – whether for training, warm-ups, commuting, or warm days by the water.
The white sports jersey has a clean look with a graphic Dock Rats print, giving it more personality than a classic training T-shirt. It functions as a performance layer but can also be styled casually with shorts, track pants, or loose trousers.
The material is 100% breathable polyester mesh, which aids ventilation and makes the T-shirt more comfortable during activity. The relaxed fit, extended length, and raglan sleeves provide excellent freedom of movement without feeling too tight.
