Returns
The short version: 14 days right of withdrawal, the item must be returned in substantially the same condition, and you must contact us before returning it.
Right of withdrawal
As a consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you or a person designated by you receives the item. If the order is delivered in several parts, the deadline runs from the day you receive the last item.
You must clearly notify us that you wish to cancel the purchase before the deadline expires. Contact us at support@dock-rats.com with your order number.
Condition of the item
You may try on the item in the same way you would in a physical store. If the item has been used more than necessary to determine its nature, characteristics, and function, you may be liable for any depreciation in value.
Return shipping
For regular cancellations, you are responsible for the return shipping costs. You are responsible for the item until we or our return partner have received it. We therefore recommend that you send with tracking and keep the receipt.
Repayment
Once we have received the returned item or documentation that it has been sent back, we will refund the amount without undue delay. If the entire order is returned, we will also refund the cheapest standard delivery option offered at the time of purchase.
Exchange
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to have a different size, color, or model, you can return the item according to our return policy and place a new order.
Complaints and errors
If the item is defective, damaged, or does not match your order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@dock-rats.com. Please include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and attach clear photos.
Return items must be sent to the return address stated on the packing slip in the package. If you are in doubt, please contact us at support@dock-rats.com before returning the item.
