Where do you deliver?

We currently only deliver to addresses in Denmark unless otherwise clearly stated at checkout.

When will my order be shipped?

Our products may be produced or prepared to order. You will normally receive tracking information by email once the order has been dispatched.

What does shipping cost?

Shipping costs and delivery methods are displayed at checkout before you pay. We offer free shipping on orders over DKK 500.

Can I return my order?

Yes. As a consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive the item. In the event of a standard withdrawal, you are responsible for the return shipping costs.

Where do I send returns?

Return items must be sent to the return address stated on the packing slip in the package. If you are in doubt, please contact us at support@dock-rats.com before returning the item.

Can I exchange for a different size?

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size, color, or model, you can return the item according to our return policy and place a new order.

What do I do if the item is defective or damaged?

Contact us as soon as possible at support@dock-rats.com. Please include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and attach clear photos of the item and the defect.

The package is marked as delivered, but I haven't received it. What should I do?

First, check whether the parcel has been delivered to a parcel shop, locker, or neighbor, whether the shipping company has left additional delivery information, and whether the delivery address on the order is correct. Then contact us at support@dock-rats.com with your order number.

How do I choose the right size?

Use the size guide and choose based on your preferred fit. If you are between two sizes, we generally recommend the larger size, especially if you want more room or a more relaxed fit.
