Delivery
Here you will find our delivery information, so you can clearly see what to expect before ordering.
Delivery area
We currently only deliver to addresses in Denmark unless otherwise clearly stated at checkout.
Delivery time
Our products can be produced or prepared to order. The total delivery time therefore consists of processing, any production/preparation, and transit time. You usually receive tracking by email when the order has been dispatched.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary during busy periods, holidays, production delays, or circumstances with the shipping company.
Shipping cost
Shipping costs and available delivery methods are shown at checkout before you pay. We offer free shipping on orders over DKK 500.
Tracking
Once the order has been dispatched, you will usually receive an email with tracking information. Tracking may take some time to become active with the shipping company.
Wrong address
It is the customer's responsibility to provide the correct shipping address when ordering. Please contact us as soon as possible at support@dock-rats.com if you discover an error in the address.
The package is marked as delivered, but has not been received
First, check whether the parcel has been delivered to a parcel shop, locker, or neighbor, whether the shipping company has left additional delivery information, and whether the delivery address on the order is correct. Then contact us at support@dock-rats.com with your order number.
Some products are only produced or prepared after an order is placed. This helps us avoid unnecessary excess stock.
