A simple set in your bag

Pack a dry T-shirt, a hoodie and shorts or trousers. Keep dry clothing separate from used clothing. Slides can be practical in the changing room and after training.

Choose a size for your layers

Compare the measurements with clothing you already use. Essentials Hoodie runs small; the supplier recommends one size larger than usual. Check the measurements if you want to wear it over a T-shirt or base layer.

Pack for the rest of your day

If you are heading straight home, keep the change of clothes simple. If you are going to work, study or meet friends, pack the outfit you want to change into. A classic tee adds less width under a hoodie than an oversized style; choose the combination you prefer.

Keep dry clothing in a separate compartment or bag, away from used training clothing. When unpacking, let clothing dry rather than leaving it compressed in your bag.

A short packing list

  • A dry T-shirt in your preferred fit.
  • A hoodie or extra layer for the journey.
  • Shorts or trousers for the rest of the day.
  • A separate place for used clothing.
